Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a proactive and customer service-oriented individual with a passion for sustainable fashion to join our team as a Customer Service Representative! If you love discussing fashion and providing excellent customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Position Details:
* This role requires someone who is available on Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays. We are open to candidates who can work all or some of these days.
* Compensation: $19 per hour, with opportunities for advancement based on demonstrated skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
* Assist customers with product inquiries and provide thoughtful recommendations.
* Maintain store appearance and ensure overall organization.
* Handle transactions and manage the cash register efficiently.
* Assist with the preparation and organization of new inventory.

Requirements:
* Genuine passion for sustainable fashion.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proactive approach to customer service and effective problem-solving abilities.
* Availability for specified shifts with flexibility for additional shifts as needed.

Assets:
* Proficiency in social media and/or photography.
* Excellent fashion sense.
* Styling experience.
